We are an independent party and we have knowledge of and experience with the structured selection and implementation of ICT solutions. This knowledge and experience has been  captured in our JTS (Joint Technology Selection) method (see picture). This method is fit for the selection of ERP, CRM, CMS, helpdesk and lots of other solutions as well as for outsourcing deals and hardware purchases. With this method we see to it that everybody (yourself and the supplier) has the same level of understanding about what is requested, what is really agreed, what the impact on the organization is and what has to be done by who, and finally, that contracts and plans comply with that and communication lines are assured.
